Payment structures (such as advance deposits and milestone payments) will be detailed in the project agreement. Services may be suspended if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dhiraj Sharma Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or software.

5. Revisions and Maintenance

Post-launch support, maintenance, and major revisions are not included in initial project quotes unless explicitly stated. A separate maintenance contract or hourly billing will apply for ongoing support.
